Brooke Stewart


Brooke Stewart is a Registered Dietitian with experience working in hospital, clinic, and research settings.  She currently works with patients in an acute care hospital in downtown Toronto, and is a member of the College of Dietitians of Ontario and Dietitians of Canada. She has provided evidenced-based nutritional care to people to help them prepare for and recover from surgery, and to prevent or manage health conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and digestive disorders.

Brooke has completed degrees in Food and Nutrition at Ryerson University, and Science and Business at the University of Waterloo. She worked in clinical research before completing her dietetic internship at the University Health Network in Toronto.

Aside from her work, Brooke loves food – she’s passionate about growing it, cooking it, and eating it!
